Family therapy
The family dynamic is an intricate and complex relationship in which challenges and conflicts often arise.
I conduct family therapy with the goal of helping family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy sessions can teach you and your loved ones skills to deepen family connections and get through stressful times.
I can help you improve troubled relationships with your spouse, children, or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the effects of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.
Your specific treatment plan will depend on your family's situation.

Grief Counseling
I honor your unique experience of loss and acknowledge the profound emotional journey that accompanies grief. I provide a supportive and empathetic space where you feel validated, understood, and accepted without judgment.
I facilitate the grieving process by encouraging you to express your emotions openly, whether it's sadness, anger, guilt, or confusion. Through active listening and empathetic understanding, I will validate your feelings and help you explore the meaning and significance of your loss within the context of your life.
Rather than imposing a specific framework or timeline for grief, I allow clients to navigate their own journey at their own pace. This non-directive approach respects the your autonomy and empowers you to process your grief in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
My approach to grief counseling emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and self-compassion during times of loss. I will encourage you to cultivate self-care practices, engage in meaningful activities, and seek support from your social networks. Additionally, I will help you identify and challenge any self-limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may arise during the grieving
